Admin

Admins have full control over the workspace. Typically, this is the person who sets up the workspace.

Admins can:

  • Create, edit, and delete workspaces

  • Invite users and assign roles

  • Create and manage teams

  • Access all team insights and analytics

  • Configure workspace settings and integrations

  • Purge data (with care!)

Ideal for: Founders, HR leads, team ops, or organizational leaders.

Manager

Managers are responsible for overseeing specific teams. They help drive action from feedback.

Managers can:

  • View insights for the teams they manage

  • Invite new users to their teams

  • Edit team memberships (add/remove members or other managers)

  • See weekly or monthly summaries

  • Use Reece to explore their team's themes, risks, and opportunities

Note: Managers can only see feedback from their own teams. They do not have access to workspace-wide data or settings.

Ideal for: Team leads, department heads, project owners.

Member

Members are the core of Receptive — they provide the honest feedback that fuels cultural improvement.

Members can:

  • Submit anonymous feedback

  • Receive coaching from Reece

  • View their insights

They do not have access to team settings, or feedback of others.

Ideal for: Individual contributors, interns, or anyone who contributes feedback.
