Reece — Your AI Coach

Reece is Receptive's built-in AI assistant that processes feedback data to uncover key themes, identify potential risks, and deliver intelligent coaching tips to managers and teams.

How to use it:

  • Ask Reece questions like “What concerns are emerging in my team?”

  • Receive weekly summaries with trends, sentiment analysis, and suggested actions.

  • Use Reece during 1:1s, retrospectives, and leadership meetings.

  • Ask Reece questions about company or workspace policies (e.g., “What’s our PTO policy?” or “Who do I talk to about reimbursements?”)

Insights Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a high-level view of feedback trends across teams, departments, and timeframes.

Key views include:

  • Sentiment over time

  • Top concerns and engagement drivers

How to use it:

  • Navigate to Insights from the main menu.

  • Filter date range to explore patterns.

Access Roles & Permissions
