Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account. Reach out to support via the in-app chat or email.
Can I delete my feedback?
No, you can not delete your feedback once sent, nor can you delete a feedback you have received.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts. If you're using Google or Microsoft login, you'll reset your password through their systems.
What do I do if I can't access my team or workspace?
Ensure you’ve been invited by an Admin or Manager. If you believe you're missing access, contact your workspace Admin.
Is my feedback truly anonymous?
Yes. All feedback is anonymized and paraphrased by our AI before it is stored or analyzed. Your name is never attached to the responses, and Receptive ensures complete confidentiality.
Who can see my feedback?
Only Managers of your assigned team and Admins can see paraphrased insights. Raw submissions are not viewable.
Who can see the feedback I submit?
Only managers and admins within your organization can view aggregated feedback insights. They cannot see individual responses or trace them back to users.
Who or what is Reece?
Reece is Receptive’s AI coach that summarizes feedback, detects themes, flags potential risks, and offers coaching tips. It helps managers and teams act on insights without reading raw data.
Can I give feedback anytime?
Yes, you can always access Receptive via the web app and submit feedback directly.
What happens if no one gives feedback?
No data will be displayed in insights. Encourage your team to engage regularly for the best results.
