Why integrate?

Integration is what transforms Receptive from a standalone tool into a seamless part of your team's daily workflow. By embedding feedback collection directly into Slack, Teams, and your calendar, Receptive meets users where they already work.

1. Google & Outlook Calendar

  • Go to Settings

  • Click “Connect Calendar” and sign in from your respective account

Connecting your calendar enables Receptive to automatically open a feedback window after each meeting, ensuring timely and contextual input specific to that event.

2. Slack & Microsoft Teams

To enable native integration with Slack or Microsoft Teams, contact Technical Support.
We’ll guide you through secure authorization so you can post feedback without ever leaving your workspace.

3. Custom Integrations

Receptive supports custom integrations to fit into your specific tech stack.
